Join the Athens-Clarke County Library's Teen Department as they celebrate the release of X-Men: Days of Future Past in movie theaters. On Thursday, May 22, from 2:00 to 3:30 p.m., the department will host Bizarro-Wuxtry's Robert Brown as he leads a comic book drawing workshop in multipurpose room A.

Teen patrons are encouraged to bring any drawings or sketchbooks that they have already been working on. Don't have any drawings to bring along? No worries-just bring your ideas with you for future artwork! Basic drawing supplies will be provided, but you are welcome to bring your own as well.

The presentation is part of Curiosity Shop, an ongoing series of teen programs that features local businesses supporting the interests that teens care about, including music, film, art, fashion, cooking and more.

This event is free and open to teens in grades six through 12 and will be held in Multipurpose Room A. Registration is required and spaces are limited. Please stop by the Teen Desk or call (706) 613-3650, ext. 329, to reserve a space. The Athens-Clarke County Library is located at 2025 Baxter Street, Athens.
