Zoo Day 2017 at Bear Hollow Zoo
The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department will host at Zoo Day 2017 on Saturday, August 26 from noon – 3:00 p.m. at Bear Hollow Zoo at Memorial Park.
The theme is "Animal Superpowers," and participants will explore amazing animal adaptations. The event will have animal encounters, crafts, concessions, games, and special guests. The event will also feature live music by local youth rock band, "The Voltures."
The fee for this event is $2 per person for Athens-Clarke County residents and $3 per person for non-residents. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge.
