Entertainment, 9am-11am: Felicity Candice

Felicity Candice, a native of Athens, Georgia, is an award-winning singer/songwriter with 30+ years of professional performing and songwriting experience under her belt. At an early age she

performed and toured with her father, a gospel singer/songwriter in the 80s, and was brought up on the records of Neil Diamond, Jim Croce, Keith Green, and the likes. She began writing and performing her own songs at the age of 15, which led to various songwriting awards and

attention from the Nashville music industry. She eventually signed a publishing deal and moved

to Nashville where she was involved in the country and Americana scene extensively, co-writing

& producing alongside Grammy winning songwriters and producers, touring nationally with her

country rock band, garnering various awards and accolades along the way including a top 100

song on the country charts. In 2014, Felicity decided to exit the music industry scene to pursue her own music purely from a heart of artistic freedom and inspiration, and to spend more time with her growing family. She and her family moved back home to GA, and she began working on her own independent solo album, This Time, which is scheduled to release in the fall of 2017. She now enjoys playing out, performing choice covers as well as her original songs.
