Kids to Parks Day
In celebration of the National Park Trust's seventh annual Kids to Parks Day, the Leisure Services Department will offer free admission to children on Saturday, May 20 at Sandy Creek Park. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Additionally, to help kids stay cool on this special day of play, ACC Mayor Pro Tem Allison Wright and Leisure Services Department staff will distribute free popsicles. Every child gets one! These special treats will be available from noon – 1:00 p.m., while supplies last, at the playground near the beach.
