Building Your Own Natural Furniture with Bim Willow
9 a.m. – 3 p.m., State Botanical Garden of Georgia
Fee:  varies based on which project participants choose
Bim Willow is a nationally recognized furniture builder. He has been featured on HGTV and has been building furniture for 30 years.   He specializes in making rustic and bent willow furniture.  Bim will be coming to Athens to share his love and passion for this art.  Bim will guide each participant to create their very own handmade piece of furniture to take home.   All materials are provided with the registration fee but participants are asked to bring gloves and a hammer.  Upon registering each participant must choose which piece to build.  For more information check out Bim Willow online at http://gardenartists.cc/Bimwillow/bimwillow.htm Deadline for registration is October 28.
