'Spark A Reaction' Photo Contest
Saturday, May 24 – July 31, Ages 11-18
Submit a photo to our Instagram that best represents the phrase "Spark a Reaction." Tag us @ oclteens and hashtag #oclsparkareaction to be entered into our summer long photo contest. On July 31st all pictures will be uploaded to our Facebook page (Oconee County Library Teen Area) for the public to vote. Winner will be announced at the End of Summer Reading Party on August 1st from 3-5PM.
