Gallery Walk-through with Guest Artists at Lyndon House Arts Center
The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department will host two guided walk-throughs of the 41st Juried Exhibition with two different selections of artists featured in the show. The first event is on Thursday, April 21from 6-7 PM as part of Third Thursday Art Night. The second is on Saturday, May 7 from 11 am - noon.
These events are an excellent opportunity for community members to gain insight into the creation of the works chosen for the show, as well as to meet with and ask questions of the presenting artists. The artists who will speak at the walk-through on April 21st are Broderick Flanigan, Otto Lange, Christina Foard, J.Doyle Rogers, and Jennifer Kirkpatrick.
Speaking at the walk-through on May 7 will be artists Elizabeth Barton, John Cleveland, Jr, Saral Sarakul and Susan Pelham.
The 41st Juried Exhibition continues through May 7. All exhibitions are free and open to the public during regular gallery hours: Tuesdays and Thursdays from noon to 9 PM, and Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 9 AM to 5 PM
