Zoo Day 2014 – Summer Safari

Make tracks to Bear Hollow Zoo in Memorial Park for a "Summer Safari" at Zoo Day 2014 on Saturday, August 23 from 3:00 – 7:00 p.m.

The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department will host Zoo Day 2014 featuring live music, interactive animal encounters, and birds of prey. This event is a celebration of the wonderful wildlife we whom we share our neighborhoods, all the while encouraging attendees to take a "walk on the wild side." This is a family-friendly event.

The fee for this event is $2 per person for Athens-Clarke County residents and $3 per person for non-residents. Children under the age of 2 are admitted free of charge.
