Advantage Behavioral Health Systems, Aids Athens, Athens Area Homeless Shelter, and Athens Nurses Clinic have joining forces in a co-located facility on North Avenue.  The mission of the Athens Resource Center for Hope is to provide co-located community programming to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness in realizing and sustaining independence.
