Athens-Clarke County Library presents Star Wars Celebration, December 12 

The Athens-Clarke County Library invites you to a galaxy not so far, far away for a celebration of everything Star Wars from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12.

Get ready for the highly anticipated theatrical release of Star Wars: The Force Awakens with an afternoon at the library full of crafting, cosplay, trivia, food and more! The event will feature crafts for all ages from origami to shrinky dinks. Children are invited to test their skills in a Jedi obstacle course, and there will be contests for trivia and costumes.

This free event will be fun for all ages, from the youngest Padawan to the most experienced Jedi Master. So grab your lightsaber, don your best Star Wars gear, and make plans to be at the Athens-Clarke County Library for the Star Wars Celebration!
