I love Ukulele Festival graphicFirst Annual 'I Love Ukulele' Festival Comes to the State Botanical Garden

The State Botanical Garden of Georgia's new Theater-in-the-Woods will be filled with experienced, novice, and first-time ukulele players at the 'I Love Ukulele' Festival on Sunday, Oct. 25 from 2-4 p.m. Visitors of all ages coming to this free event will have the opportunity to hear the botanical garden's own Ukulele Philharmonic with a solo performance by William Tonks. Some songs will involve audience participation, showing the chords to play in simple songs. Bring your own ukulele to play along and register for the drawing for a ukulele donated by Musician's Warehouse, Athens. This is a free event, with donations for the Children's Garden accepted.
