Red Bull Soapbox Race to Atlanta

We are just two weeks out from the return of Red Bull Soapbox Race to Atlanta on Saturday, October 24. In case you're unfamiliar, the competition is an event for amateur drivers who will race their homemade soapbox vehicles down a wild track of serious turns and jumps. Each hand-made machine is fueled by creativity with the intention of having fun while trying to win the race. This unique non-motorized racing event challenges both experienced racers and amateurs alike to design and build outrageous, human-powered soapbox dream machines and compete against the clock in a downhill race. Winners are determined by one-third speed, one-third creativity and one-third showmanship!

The race, is open to the public to check out:
WHEN: Pit opens at 11am, Racing starts at 12pm on Saturday, October 24. Racing will end close to 5pm
WHERE: North Avenue NE and Glen Iris Dr NE, Atlanta, GA 30308
COST: Free to watch!
