Athens Flute Choir
Celebrate "Our Heritage" with the Athens Flute Choir at its Fall concert inside our tropical conservatory. The program will feature works including "Oh Shenandoah" and the Shaker melody "Simple Gifts" in addition to works celebrating the emigration experience, Appalachia, New Orleans jazz, and a revolutionary-flavor fife and drum march for flute choir and percussion titled "George Washington's Teeth." Admission is free.
