Contra Dances
Learn the folk art of Contra Dance with the Athens Folk Music and Dance Society. Dances held in the Recreation Hall and feature a caller and live band. There will be lessons for beginners before each dance.
AGES: 18 and older (under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian)
DATES: Third Saturday of the month – upcoming dances: September 19, October 17 & November 21
TIME: 7:30 – 11:30 p.m.
FEE: $8 per person No charge for those under 12 years of age
