BFK Book Sale

Weekend two of our popular annual used book sale. All prices reduced on these dates, with thousands of books still priced to sell - for children and adults. All proceeds go directly back into our organization, helping Books for Keeps collect, buy and distribute high-quality, high-interest books to children in Athens who might not otherwise have access to books during the summer. Books for Keeps is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded right here in Athens.

Saturday, Aug. 22, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - $2 hardbacks, $1 paperbacks, $1 children's books, and our discount books are reduced to 25 cents.

Sunday, Aug. 23, 12 to 4 p.m. - Bag Day! Fill a plastic grocery bag with books for $5 or a canvas BFK tote for $20; Our Teacher Free-for-All is from 4 to 5 - bring a valid school ID or proof of educational nonprofit status and cart away our excess books for FREE! No early birds please.
