Nature's Trading Post at Sandy Creek Nature Center
The Athens-Clarke County Department of Leisure Services will host a Nature's Trading Post this summer on Saturdays, June 20, July 18 and August 15 from 11:00 a.m. - noon at the Education and Visitor Center at Sandy Creek Nature Center.
The trading post is open! The community is invited to trade the one or two objects they have found in nature for points or other nature objects in the nature center's collection.
This program is free of charge and open to all ages, children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required. For more information about what you can trade, call 706-613-3615 or visit www.athensclarkecounty.com/sandycreeknaturecenter.
Sandy Creek Nature Center, located at 205 Old Commerce Road, is a facility of the Athens-Clarke County Department of Leisure Services.
