Yoga Buddies
Imagine a yoga class where you could bring your babies, toddlers and kiddos with you (all ages welcome)! A class where you could do some yoga yourself and they could watch, learn, try it themselves, or do it with you!
This lovely class will be taught by certified yoga instructor Rosy Nah Pech-Tucker. She's such a peaceful mama, we hope just being in her presence will soothe you!
FREE CHILDCARE: If your child is independent and would rather play in our playroom while you have some time to yourself that is ok too!
We hope the children will develop a love of yoga from a very young age, and will carry what they learn home and into their daily lives.
Bring a yoga MAT if you have one! We have a few extra if you don't!
