For our 22nd year, Taste of Athens is getting a make-over. We're scaling back, starting fresh and shaking up this Athens institution. Changes this year include a move from the Grand Hall of the Classic Center to the Atrium, the addition of a cocktail competition (DJ'd by Mahogany), wine pairings by 5&10's Stephen James and James Beard Award-nominated sommelier Steven Grubbs, live music and most important of all, a newly chef-focused approach. We hope you'll join us for the first year of this exciting transition as we build the culinary event the Athens food scene deserves.

Taste of Athens is the major annual fundraiser held by Community Connection of Northeast Georgia. Among our programs is a 2-1-1 Information & Referral Helpline, where struggling families can find the resources they need for everything from rental assistance to food security. We also operate Hands On Northeast Georgia, which last year connected over 6,000 volunteers to service opportunities.
