Loving Me: A Mother-Daughter Self-Love & Bonding Workshop

This Valentine's Day, come celebrate Self-Love & the Mother-Daughter relationship with us at The The Mother-Daughter Nest! Going from a kid to a teen can be really tough. As a mom, I'm sure you remember what it was like for you to feel left out, judged, bullied, or in fear of being not liked. So much of how our daughters experience their tween years depends on how she feels about herself. Join us for an afternoon workshop to give your daughter the gift of time and to connect with her while you share in learning more about self-love and self-confidence. During this workshop, we will: *Strengthen the Mother-Daughter Bond *Celebrate Our Many Gifts, Talents, and Strengths *Build a Foundation for Lifelong, Unwavering Self-Love You will walk away feeling more connected to one another, have a heightened sense of gratitude for yourself as the gift and miracle you are, and with concrete ways to integrate self-love into your lives. Who: Tween girls (ages 9-13) and their fabulous moms What: This workshop mixes dialogue, creative arts, song, and ceremony to immerse you and your daughter in a rich experience of what it truly means to love yourself.
