Tre Powell to Perform

Bring in February with the musical stylings of Tre Powell on Sunday, February 1, at the Athens-Clarke County Library. Powell will perform a variety of music styles, including R&B, folk and alternative. The concert begins at 3 p.m. in the library's Appleton Auditorium.

Powell began singing at an early age and has lived in Athens since 2009. He started his music career by performing at local assisted living homes. Powell writes and performs his own original songs, as well as popular covers.

Powell's performance is a part of Live! @Your Library, a monthly concert series sponsored by the Friends of the Athens-Clarke County Library.
