Learn about healthcare.gov at Athens-Clarke County Library

The Athens-Clarke County Library will host a free seminar on the Affordable Health Care Act and healthcare.gov on Monday, Jan. 12, at noon.
Harold Weber, a trained navigator for the Affordable Care Act, will discuss how to apply for health care coverage through the Affordable Care Act and answer questions. He will also be available after the seminar to assist those who want to sign up.

The seminar will take place in the library's Multipurpose Room A on Monday, Jan. 12, at 12 p.m. and is free and open to the public.

In addition, representatives from the Athens Neighborhood Health Clinic will be available in the library's second floor computer training lab from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Monday, Jan. 12, Wednesday, Jan. 14, and Friday, Jan. 16, to help people sign up for insurance through the Affordable Care Act. No appointment is necessary.
