Open House: 'Drones and Geocaching'

Open House: "Drones and Geocaching" at Sandy Creek Nature Center

The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services will host an Open House on Saturday, January 10 from 2:00- 4:00 p.m. at Sandy Creek Nature Center.

This open house's them is "Drones and Geocaching." Participants will learn how to use a GPS unit to find their way on the trail. Everyone will have a first hand experience with drones and learn about the use of them as a new and upcoming technology.

This program is for all ages, however children must be accompanied by an adult. Registration is not required.
