The Heroine's Club: A Mother-Daughter Empowerment Circle

 Join us for The Heroine's Club, a monthly mother-daughter empowerment circle focused on real-life inspirational women.  The Heroine's Club is an opportunity for mothers & daughters to engage with a healthy, vibrant community of sisters & elders while encouraging our daughters to:

**Believe in their fundamental self-worth

**Make wise & wholesome decisions for their highest good

**Claim their gifts, talents, & strengths

We gather to discuss that particular month's heroine & how we can incorporate her medicine & teachings into our own lives.  Simple rituals, singing, art, and a snack is included.  

The Heroine's Club is for mothers & daughters, ages 7 +, to attend together.  Pre-registration is required.  

The Heroine's Club meets monthly at Womanspace in Athens, and is facilitated by Melia Keeton-Digby, M.Ed, of The Mother-Daughter Nest.
