Creative Spirit Retreat at Paradise Garden Foundation

On Saturday, July 30, start the day off at 11 am with an hour of mindful gentle yoga outside (weather permitting) with yoga instructor, Cyndi Allen, then get the creativity flowing by painting prayer flags with self-taught artist Kimberly Dawn Crowder. The retreat will wrap up with a light lunch at 1 pm and the opportunity for a last-chance viewing of Kimberly’s art exhibit, "The Paradise Garden Inspiration" which is currently on view in the Paradise Garden Foundation Visitor Center.

$30 registration for the Retreat includes yoga, art, lunch, and admission to Paradise Garden. Come ready with your yoga mat or a beach towel!
