Mixing in Math Mini-Workshop

Avid Bookshop presents Nuria Jaumot-Pascual from Mixing in Math (TERC) for a mini-workshop on mixing math into creativity, play, and socializing. The event will take place on Wednesday, August 27, 2014, at Avid from 6:30pm - 7:30pm.

Nuria will be leading participants in activities and games from Mixing in Math's book FOOD FIGHTS, PUZZLES, AND HIDEOUTS, and the card and board games MiM has published for elementary age children. Participants will also get the opportunity to preview Say It with Shapes and Numbers, Mixing in Math's new book of activities for young children.
