Rivers Alive Date: October 24 Location: Athens, GA Time: 9:00 am – 11:00 am Description: Athens area residents wade into local rivers, lakes and streams as part of the continuing statewide campaign to clean and preserve over 70,000 miles of Georgia's rivers and streams. Participants must register for one of the serval sites around Athens. All sites have been approved for social distancing and volunteers must follow COVID precautions. Registration closes October 9th.
