Know Your Food
Learn how early Watkinsville residents raised, gathered, hunted, and prepared their food over an open hearth or fire. Children will explore what their role would have been in preparing family meals, experience open fire cooking, decorate an apron to take home, and see The Eagle Tavern Museum. This activity is for children ages three through third grade with an adult.
