Be inspired by the special exhibition "Mary Lee Bendolph: Quilted Memories" and learn about the civil rights movement and life in Gee's Bend, Alabama. After completing Art Cart activities in the galleries, view a quilting demonstration and create your own quilt-inspired work of art in the Michael and Mary Erlanger Studio Classroom. Free and no reservations are needed. For large groups or more information, email madison.hogan@uga.edu or call 706.542.4883.
