Contra Dances at Memorial Park
Learn the folk art of Contra Dance with the Athens Folk Music and Dance Society. Dances held in the Recreation Hall and feature a caller and live band. Lesson for beginners before each dance.
AGES: For all ages (under 18 must be accompanied by an adult)
DATES: Third Saturday of the month – upcoming dance: August 16
TIME: Orientation from 7:30 – 8:00 p.m., Dance from 8:00 - 11:30 p.m.
FEE: $8 per person (No charge for those under 18 years of age)
