Family Day: Plein Air Painting
Join us to explore works of art by French Impressionists from the Terry Collection. Freed from their studios by the invention of tubed paints, artists painted outdoors. This free, drop-in program includes gallery activities and an impressionism inspired art project in the Michael and Mary Erlanger Studio Classroom (and outdoors, weather permitting). Family Day programs are sponsored by Heyward Allen Motor Co., Inc., Heyward Allen Toyota and the Friends of the Georgia Museum of Art.
