Open House: Bones and Skulls at Sandy Creek Nature Center
"Open House: Bones and Skulls" will take place Saturday, April 27 from 1:00 – 4:00 p.m. Learn about common skulls and bones found in the woods in Georgia. Examine displays of bones from mammals, amphibians and reptiles. There will be activity tables teaching visitors how to age deer by their teeth and a bone guessing game. Nature's Trading Post will be open and visitors are encouraged to bring bones they have found to be identified and traded if desired.
