The Very Hungry Caterpillar and His Cool Cool Car

Meet the Very Hungry Caterpillar and his Cool Cool Car at this special story time and art event! Hosted by Avid Bookshop and the Athens-Clarke County Library, this event will take place on Tuesday, April 23, 2019, from 10:30-11:30am at the Athens-Clarke County Public Library on Baxter Street and is free and open to the public. We encourage you to purchase a copy of a Very Hungry Caterpillar book from Avid at the library the day of the event to get it signed by the caterpillar!

ABOUT THE EVENT:

The Very Hungry Caterpillar is celebrating its 50th Anniversary by traveling around the country in its Cool Car! Although he may be 50, the Caterpillar still wants to meet all of his fans-young or the young at heart! Come to the library to meet the Caterpillar, hear a reading from the book, and participate in a fun art activity.
