The Ninja and FreeG (Freestyle Gymnastics) sport disciplines combine the coordination from GYMNASTICS, strength and agility from OBSTACLE TRAINING, creativity from FREESTYLE MOVEMENT and discipline from MARTIAL ARTS. This is a must for all interested in excelling in all sports!
