Art & Yoga for kids!
Art & Soul is a 1 1/2 hour program (10-11:30 am, 45 min yoga, 45 min studio time) for 2-5 year olds and their caregivers (moms, dads, grannies, nannies!) that supports expression of creativity through movement and art. This unique class begins with yoga practice that incorporates asana, breath work, stories and games. Once creativity is sparked, participants will have time in the studio to create a work of art to take home! Class themes change weekly. Wear clothes that can get messy and allow for movement! Each caregiver can bring up to 2 children for an extra $5!
