Art & Yoga for kids! (Art & Soul: Thanksgiving Edition)
Thanksgiving Edition of Art & Soul Kids is a 1 1/2 hour program (10-11:30 am, 45 min yoga, 45 min studio time) for kids ages 7-11 that supports expression of creativity through movement and art. This unique class begins with yoga practice that incorporates Thanksgiving themed poses, breath work, stories and games. Once creativity is sparked, participants will have time in the studio to create a gratitude-filled work of art to take home! Wear clothes that can get messy and allow for movement!
