Lake Oconee Showcase of Homes to Build Homes for Hope

Greene County Habitat for Humanity announces its inaugural Showcase of Homes to Build Homes for Hope to be held on Saturday, November 3, 2018. The tour offers a unique opportunity to explore some of the most exquisite homes in Reynolds Lake Oconee. Located just off I-20, about 85 miles east of Atlanta and 70 miles west of Augusta on gorgeous Lake Oconee, Reynolds is a nationally and internationally recognized resort community.

The Showcase of Homes to Build Homes for Hope benefits Greene County Habitat for Humanity with the goal of raising enough to cover the building of one home in 2019 for a deserving Greene County family in need. The showcase will feature 7-9 of Reynolds Lake Oconee's spectacular and well-appointed homes. With striking architecture and stunning interiors, some by recognized designers, and gorgeous landscapes with magnificent golf and lake backdrops, this showcase tour will captivate the most discerning audience. Docents will be on hand to provide information about the architecture and interior design of each home. The tour is self-guided and will be open 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Tickets are $40 and will be available starting August 27 at habitathomesforhope.org. After October 15, the ticket price will increase to $45.

Spend the day exploring these exceptional homes, visit nearby shops and restaurants in historic Greensboro and make a day of it! If you're up for a full weekend experience, The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee is offering a special rate of $229 per night for Friday, 11/2 and Saturday, 11/3 for a limited time only.
