AthensBorn Breastfeeding Class: Back to Work & Breastfeeding

This class is designed for breastfeeding parents who would like help transitioning to working outside the home, as well any parent who could use support with pumping and bottle feeding. Topics will include choosing/using a breast pump, when and how to introduce a bottle, creating a pumping schedule that works for you, handling and storing breastmilk safely, working with employers and child care providers to support breast-feeding parents, as well as answering any questions you have. Wee babies are welcome, but the classroom space is not safe for crawlers and walkers. If you already have a pump, bring it along!
