Free Dental, Vision, Hearing and Nutrition Screenings
Open House Screening Event for all children, especially ones who will be entering school and need DPH Form 3300 completed. This will be a fun and educational event. Activities and gift bags to take home, door prizes available for parents. Dr Bradley will be conducting dental screenings and we will have an audiologist, optometrist and nutritionist performing free screenings, as well.
